I offer fractional marketing leadership: I plug into your business as a part-time VP or Director of Marketing, partnering closely with CEOs, founders and senior commercial leaders. Instead of sitting on the sidelines as a consultant, I embed as a trusted sounding board and sleeves‑rolled‑up operator, bringing structure, momentum and senior judgement to your growth plans.
My career’s been happily squiggly which has meant continual adapting: agencies, consultancies, big global organisations, lean start‑ups and different markets, with access to some of the best CEOs and commercial leaders in the business. This has given me a front‑row perspective on how growth really works (and stalls) in practice.
I’ve also operated against the backdrop of major shifts in marketing, from direct and media to digital, mobile and now AI‑native. And I’ve seen what happens when sales, marketing and leadership move at different speeds, in businesses both tiny and huge. It creates the same problem: everyone is busy, but growth feels out of sync.
